LTM is a joined research unit (CNRS, the Université Grenoble Alpes and the Grenoble-INP, Graduate Schools of Engineering and Management, Université Grenoble Alpes)
Main objective :  strengthening partnerships with the CEA-LETI in the field of micro and nanotechnologies applied to microelectronics.
New technological challenges in the major application fields:

Manuel Manrique was honored with the Best Poster Award at the 7th International Conference on Nanogenerators and Piezotronics (NGPT 2024, may 19-23 2024, Madison, USA)   for his poster entitled "Output voltage enhancement of ZnO nanowire based piezoelectric nanogenerators through compensatory Cu-doping".
