LTM is a joined research unit (CNRS, the Université Grenoble Alpes and the Grenoble-INP, Graduate Schools of Engineering and Management, Université Grenoble Alpes)

Main objective :  strengthening partnerships with the CEA-LETI in the field of micro and nanotechnologies applied to microelectronics.

New technological challenges in the major application fields: 

Internet of Things, Energy, Environment and Health care.
