Nanoelectronic simulation : Modelling the fabrication or operation of micro- and nanoelectronic devices before they are manufactured

Plasma/surface modelling : Modelling of low-pressure reactive plasmas and simulation of plasma-material interaction to support the development of plasma etching processes
