Objective: Finely control the synthesis of ZnO nanowires, in selective growth, to ensure properties suitable for their integration into piezoelectric nanogenerators.
These devices aim at the recovery of environmental mechanical energy - vibrations, deformations, movements – and its conversion into electrical energy at the nanoscale. A key issue for the development of autonomous energy sources, sustainable and compatible with tomorrow’s technologies.
